She works really really hard making food for her catering business so she's always sore or tired in some way. There's nothing better than getting a free massage from someone after you've worked with your hands all day long. (Why DO massages feel so good by the way? Haha)
Anyway, so a lot of times when my mom asks me for a massage or something, I won't do it with any love or care, but today I gave my best to make sure to get her knots out. There really is a marked difference when someone is giving you a crappy massage versus one they really put their heart into.
Also, I only see her on the weekends when I'm home so I don't often get to spend much time with her, let alone appreciating her. Especially because I go out a lot on the weekends.
So I hope my mom felt my love today. LITERALLY! Hiyah!
