I am breathing one big big sigh of relieeeeeef now that first semester of senior year is officially over! Which makes ME, a SECOND SEMESTER SENIOR. SCORE!
I reaaaaally really lucked out with my grades. I should have gotten 4 A's, 1 B, and 1 C but God blessed me richly and I've finished with 5 A's and 1B! :D
Not that those grades really mean anything in the grand scheme of things, but it's still a pretty good feeling knowing that I will be sending my mid-year grade report with very good grades. Hopefully it'll strengthen my college application overall and show that I am a bright kid :)
Anyway, I can finally relax and stop stressing. Honestly, I doubt much will change in my routine. I'm still going to have to maintain decent grades but I guess I will have a good deal more time to spend on things OTHER than school. Not that I really did anyway, but I will have more of a reason to slack off now! Hehehe!
I've been thinking about how I want to spend the extra time I'll have...
1) Get a job
2) More time doing ministry
3) Get in shape
4) Scholarship Hunter!
5) Enjoying my last several months with my friends :\
6) A whole lot of evangelism, Bible reading, and fellowshipping
7) Singing, guitarring, and performing more!
I guess that's a pretty healthy list. I am going to try and keep pretty busy. I would hate to waste time playing video games like I did today after getting back from church.
I really want to get a job so I can make that ca-a-ash. I really also want to get in shape for some reason. I also really would like to start sharing my faith more and just growing closer with God and fellow believers. Hmmm...
Anyway, I haven't updated in several days and not much has happened since then. Just a whole lot of cramming for finals and stressing and not sleeping. Today was a pretty good day. Got up around 8am (listened to my alarm for one hour before waking up) and spent a good deal of time getting songs ready for worship and also reading through Ephesians. Then I ate breakfast and left for church for the weekly prayer meeting and praise practice.
Everything went pretty good. A lot of people there and it was very refreshing yesterday and today to be back at church worshipping and fellowshipping and being involved with ministry again. I can't get enough! :D
That's all I really want to write for now. Not really in a writing mood but I thought I would do a quick one before I get behind. I am in a good mood.
Oh and apparently, USC is sending out acceptance letters to the priority applicants this/next week. I haven't gotten the letter yet but some of my friends have so I'm sitting, waiting, wishing I'll get a full ride to Marshall School of Business at USC. I hope God has this in his plans because I would really like to go to USC but I guess I gotta wait and see.
I will update when I receive my letter. Until then, good bye!
