2010: It's A New Year!

Wow.

It's been precisely one year since I began blogging last New Year's day. I just read my first few entries of 2009 and chuckled. There's nothing quite like looking at a picture of ourselves (literal or metaphorical) from a year ago, especially when you're this age and things change so quickly.

2009 really was an interesting year...I wrote all about it in my past entry.
My focus, now, is on 2010!

Here are my New Year's Resolutions (not in any particular order):
1) Become more of a secure, self-aware, self-confident person in my faith and self
2) Make an effort to get closer to my family. Specifically in seeing my family more unified under Christ. This is a big one.
3) Have a fuller, deeper, more honest, more intimate, more childlike personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
4) Rediscover innocence, purity, and integrity in my life
5) Read the Old Testament
6) Become a more fearless, faithful, loving, bold, and compassionate Christian who shares the Gospel more comfortably and regularly. I also want to go on missions somewhere hopefully.
7) Use and develop my gifts/blessings more wisely and effectively to encourage and build up and love others!
8) Be a more open-minded, humble, less judgmental, and compassionate person
9) Pursue and manifest my passion for business and entrepreneurship
10) Be a better steward of the things God has given me, especially money but other things as well.
11) Make the NBA

Just kidding on that last one.

I'm really excited about the new year and all that God will be doing. I'm really hoping that this year will be one of tremendous growth and transformation for me. I certainly do have a lot to work on and many things that need to change about me.

Can someone keep me accountable to these? :D
